We may update the Terms. The new version becomes effective upon publication. We recommend periodically checking this page.

4. Services & Information

Information on the Site is for reference only and is not a public offer unless explicitly stated otherwise. We strive for accuracy but do not guarantee absolute completeness or absence of technical errors.

5. Requests & Cost Calculation

The “Get a quote” form allows you to submit a preliminary request. The calculation is free and based on the data you provide (volume, addresses, dates, access specifics). • Balance: payable before unloading begins at destination (unless otherwise agreed).
  • Methods: bank transfer, PayPal (if available), other agreed channels.
  • Documents: invoices, payment confirmations and CMR are issued according to regulations.
  • Cancellation: advance refund conditions depend on cancellation timing and actual costs incurred (fuel, waiting, preparation). Specified in the contract/order confirmation.

7. User Obligations

  • Provide accurate and complete data.
  • Inform in due time about obstacles (height limits, passes, restricted zones, elevators).
  • Ensure proper packaging unless a packing service is ordered.
